Develop a natural lifestyle
Detox
Move your body
Immerse yourself in nature
Often

3. Reclaim your inner peace
Be still
Be in silence for longer periods of time
Do nothing, except being awake, breathing and relaxing
Give in to your dreams
Allow the silence to speak to you
A lot will be revealed to you in silence

4. Reclaim your sexuality
Learn how to make love
Easily
Spontaneously
Frequently
Abundantly
Satisfactory
Consciously
Respectfully
Playfully
Innocently

When powerful men and women unite
Nothing can stop them
